One Life. One Shot.

If you had one shot at this life, are you aiming or drifting?
Life isn’t a dress rehearsal.
We don’t get a practice round or a reset button—we get one shot.
And yet, most of us drift through days as though they’re endless, postponing dreams, waiting for the “right time.”
But time doesn’t pause.
Every sunrise is one less chance to step into the life we were made for.
To live with aim is to live awake—choosing a target, drawing back the bow, and daring to release.
To drift is to let the tide of distractions and routines carry us, only to wake one day and wonder where it all went.
Here’s the truth we’re taught to avoid:
We’re taught to believe we’ll always have more time—that we can chase vision “someday.”
But mortality strips away that illusion.
The truth is, someday is not a day on the calendar.
You have this one life, this one chance, and the urgency is real.
Vision without urgency is just a dream.
Urgency without vision is just chaos. To live fully, we need both: the clarity of aim and the fire to act now.
“Life gives us no guarantees of length, only the promise of opportunity. One life. One shot. The only question is whether we’ll aim with intention or drift until the arrow is lost.”
This Week’s Action:
Define your next 90-day “one shot” goal.
Make it clear, bold, and meaningful.
Write it down, speak it aloud, and commit to daily action that moves the arrow forward
Don’t wait—this is your shot.
